Delete your Reddy account

If you have the Reddy app installed, the fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app: open your Profile, tap Edit, then Delete account. The deletion takes effect immediately.

If you can't access the app — for example because you've already uninstalled it — submit the form below. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted: your profile, your Pro / Client details, your postings and their photos, your portfolio, your push-notification token, and any pending verification submission.

What stays: messages you sent to other users remain visible to the other participant, attributed to "Deleted user". Reviews you wrote about other users remain attached to the relevant posting, also attributed to "Deleted user".

Use the same phone number you signed up with, in international format. Required if you don't provide an email.

Helpful if your phone number has changed since signup.
